Please submit this form to request your seat(s) with Sunshine Coach. A green success message will be displayed after pressing Submit if your request was received successfully. Your seat(s) is NOT confirmed until Sunshine Coach has sent you a confirmation of your reservation.
Reservations for the ski bus can only be made within the two days before your date of travel.
Example: Date of travel to Sunshine Village: March 16, you can book on March 14 or 15 before 8pm.

No smoking, vaping or alcohol is permitted on the coaches including Cannabis.
Loose equipment is not permitted in the underneath luggage bins.
It is strongly recommended to use ski/snowboard bags for your equipment.
Minimum requirement is ski or boot straps. This is effective immediately, March 3, 2024.
Please note:
Group reservations are subject to cancellation if numbers are inaccurate. Please call by 8:00 pm the evening before travel if numbers change.
All reservations out of Canmore are prepaid.
Reservations must be made by 8:00 PM.
Reservations received after 8:00 PM are placed on stand-by status unless otherwise notified by email.
Please note that proof of age is required when purchasing lift tickets. School ID is not accepted.
Park Pass FAQ's
Do I need a National Park Entry Pass? YES
- In addition to your ticket purchased on our bus, all visitors to Banff National Park are required to have a valid National Park Entry Pass. If you do not have a pass, you can purchase it online here or in person at the Visitor Center in Banff. Youth and child 17 years and under are not required to purchase a pass as they are free.
- Parks Canada charges a Personal Use Fee for all visitors entering and using facilities or services within a national park, regardless of the mode of travel. This fee takes the form of a National Park Entry Pass.
